Chemical Treatment

Wood can be protected from the harass of decay fungi, destructive insects, or marine borers by applying chemical preservatives. Wood preservatives that are applied at recommended retention levels and achieve satisfactory penetration can greatly increase the life of wood structures. In considering preservatives treatment processes and wood species, to save timber from corrosion, chemical treatment is found to be the only solution. For use in Doors and Windows frame, the timber should be chemically treated under Pressure Impregnation Method. We use latest design Timber Impregnation Plant. The pressure forces the chemicals into the wood, which has empty pockets inside on account of the vacuum created earlier. the chemicals used in our treatment process are mixed in water at required concentration. After such treatment, timber is protected from harass by termites and biological agents.
